Credit bureaus have no incentive to be accurate!

Did you know that the credit bureaus really don't care if your information is accurate? Unless you give them a reason to care! My company knows how to motivate them to change their ways and your inaccuarate information! Basicly, utilizing the law particularly the fair reporting act , http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fcradoc.pdf , the credit bureau is at risk of being fined for maintaining inaccurate information when it is challenged! Yes, once again money talks!

fair credit reporting act

You can read it for yourself: http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fcradoc.pdf

Did you know that the law demands that the information be accurate on a credit report? Anyone can challenge inaccurate information and have it removed. However, it is a tedious task and few take the time to do it! My company does this everyday. They know the laws and how to apply them to get the job done! I had thirteen derogatory items removed from my credit report on the first round. Yes, sometimes it takes a bit of time but it can be done!
